In 1951 it was registered in Scotland as a limited liability company. The directors at this time were W N Murphy, a farmer from Edinburgh, Scotland, and A C Donaldson, Dalrymple Arms Hotel Manager. William Murray & Co Ltd, brewers, Edinburgh, Scotland, owned shares in it from 1957–1960. The company was still operating in 2002.
