Administrative/Biographical History

Francis Andrew Boddy was born in York in 1935. He was educated at Edinburgh University and was awarded a MB ChB (1959) and Diploma in Public Health (1968). He was a Lecturer, Department of Social Medicine, Aberdeen University; Senior Lecturer, Department of Epidemiology and Preventative Medicine, University of Glasgow; Director of the Public Health Research Unit in the University of Glasgow.
