The NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Archives (NHSGGCA) exists to make provision for records of long term legal, administrative, epidemiological or historical value generated by the National Health Service within the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area, plus similar records of predecessor bodies and those of individuals and associations actively concerned with health care.
In principle we accept records in any physical format, including computer–generated electronic records, microforms, audiotapes and videotapes. It is the policy of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Board that the Archive should not normally accept museum artefacts.
